Overview:
We are seeking a up to 3 Construction Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in
various construction projects, working alongside experienced professionals to gain
valuable skills and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Duties:
• Assist with various construction tasks under the guidance of experienced
construction workers
• Perform electrical work as needed
• Aid in drywall installation and finishing
• Assist with construction estimating and project planning
• Caulk and seal joints as required
• Utilize hand tools for various construction activities
• Assist in welding and plumbing tasks
• Participate in construction painting projects
• Operate heavy equipment under supervision
• Assist in flooring installation when necessary
Requirements:
• Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus

We are looking for 2 experienced Drywallers to join our team in British Columbia, Canada. As a Drywaller, you will be responsible for installing, repairing,
and finishing drywall surfaces in residential and commercial construction projects. Your
expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects and the
satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets accurately and efficiently.
• Tape, mud, and sand drywall seams and joints to create a smooth and seamless
finish.
• Repair damaged or deteriorating drywall surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project timelines are
met.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Drywaller in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing
techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient in using drywall tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
